Now we have simplified our cancellation policy and made it more accessible as possible. We ask you for a guarantee of your confirmation by your credit card number. If you do not arrive and you do not notify us, we will add the first night price charge.
If you have already booked, thought the exceptional situation of these months, you can contact us directly to find the best solution together.

You no longer find the classic price list on the site because our rates have become “flexible”: they take into account multiple factors to allow you to always find the offer closest to what you are looking for.

Discounts are available for children based on age and type of room.

We accept all payment systems, checks, debit cards, credit cards with the exception of American Express, cash in compliance with the limits of Italian regulations and wire transfers.

HOTEL SERVICES

We do our best to make ready your room at 11.00 am on the day of arrival. In case you need to plan your arrival before this time, you can start using all our services, sunbathe by the pool or go to the beach. On your return you will find your suitcases in your room.

Of course, if we have the opportunity to extend your stay we will gladly do so. If you made your reservation on the site, you can enter the booking code and change how you prefer your stay based on the availability of the moment. You can always contact us by phone and we will look for the best solution together.

We kindly ask you to leave the room by 9.30 am. If your departure is scheduled for the same day, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
Il Day-use è la possibilità di sfruttare la camera il giorno della partenza fino alle 18:00 per vivere a pieno anche l’ultimo giorno di vacanza. Se sei interessato al day use chiedilo il giorno prima di partire, se possibile te lo accorderemo volentieri al costo di € 35,00.

Yes, breakfast is included from the second day of arrival to the morning of departure.

Yes, we have an outdoor parking inside the area of the hotel. When you arrive let us help you and leave the keys, you will always find them safe and available at the reception.
In some types of stay, indoor parking is not guaranteed, but don’t worry, we will seek together the best solution for your car.

All bedrooms are air conditioned. It works only with the windows closed and and with the room card inserted. Each room has a display from which you can adjust the temperature.

Of course, you only need to register on the hotel network.

If you need to arrive from the airport we can organize your arrival at the hotel or we can book a taxi to take you to the hotel from the train or bus station. Contact us and we will help you.

The main services such as reception, bar and restaurant are located on the ground floor in the absence of architectural barriers. The lift is large enough for standard wheelchairs. In the hotel there are two larger rooms with bathrooms equipped with grab bars and shower with seat. The only barrier is located at the access to the swimming pool, where there are 4 steps.

Small pets are accepted and we agree on the room cleaning times.
According to the latest ordinances, dogs can only go to the beach in the early morning, but nearby there is a path dedicated to them that leads inside the pine forest. Dogs cannot access the swimming pool or dining room, but it is possible to have lunch and dinner with them in the garden.

Bicycles are available to all guests for a maximum of 3 hours until exhaustion. Customers who book with the Top formula, will have reserved bicycles available for the entire period.

We have excellent agreements with all the “Bagni” in front of us, each with different characteristics.
If you choose the Living treatment or the Top treatment we will reserve you the umbrella at the Bagno Tangaroa and Bagno Paparazzi, you can tell us your possible preference at the time of confirmation. The umbrellas reserved for us are in the central areas of the beach, if you prefer the first rows you can agree with them for the supplement.
Yes, if there is no meal in your booking, you can always reserve a table and choose between two types of menus. You can choose a first and second course from the daily menu (appetizers and desserts included) at a cost of € 25.00 per person or choose something from the à la carte menu proposals.

Of course, we ask you to report any intolerances or allergies upon arrival, so that we can evaluate alternative proposals together.

OTHER SERVICES

It is open from morning to evening. Sunbeds and umbrellas are freely available. For the safety of guests, we ask you to respect the internal regulations. Dogs or other pets are not allowed by law. The swimming pool is not heated, but exposed to the sun for most of the day.

They are available at the reception. A payment of € 3.00 per day per towel is expected. You can hand them over every evening and collect them clean the following morning. If you book the Living or Top formula, the service is included and you should find it in the room upon your arrival. If you don’t find it, ask for it at the reception.

Our red clay tennis court is open from morning until sunset and hours can be reserved at reception. The cost is € 8.00 per hour (50 min), instead of € 14.00, for hotel guests. We ask you to respect the internal regulations.
If you have the Living or Top treatment, the use of the field is already included.
